Power vinyasa flow at Core Power Yoga - La Canada with Michael Fireborn. We’ll be getting into our hips and heart. This is a heated yoga class at about 100 degrees and the vibe is pure love and devotion. Be prepared to vibe out to some of your favorite bhakti, devotional, and world music. This class also incorporates a little pranayama (breathwork) and chanting at the beginning and end of class.
