Keep Letting Go.
The Only Way Out Is To Go Within.
My name is Michael Fireborn. I am a yoga and meditation instructor, photographer, and musician. For over a decade I have put spiritual life—conscious living—as my number one priority in life.
There were many years of my life — especially in my late twenties and early thirties — that I wasn’t making much of an effort to live up to my fullest potential. That is to say, I was more focused on the things that most people in the world are focused on e.g., pleasure-seeking, having fun, sensuality, etc.
Eventually, I started questioning my choices in life and I began to get tired of going along with what everyone else was doing. I decided to make some changes at first with my diet and nutrition choices. Overall I made a conscious decision to live a much healthier lifestyle.
From this first conscious ah-ha moment, I learned something very important. I learned that my decision to change what kinds of food I fed my body, that choice had a direct effect on my consciousness. In other words, bringing focused awareness to my nutrition and food choices directly helped me to see myself and the world around me with clarity.
When my nutrition got amplified with organic, fresh, and living foods a mental fog was lifted to reveal a world of new possibilities.
To some folks, this might sound silly, but it’s the truth. Something as simple as changing what you put in your mouth will radically change how you see yourself, and your entire outlook on life.
After I cleaned up my eating habits everything else started to fall into place. I naturally started paying more attention to my physical health and began to get curious about fitness. I had more energy to burn now, and I needed to find ways to move that energy. I got really interested in a number of physical activities like mountain biking, trail running, and hiking. Eventually, I found my way to yoga and that’s when things really started to pick up momentum.
I continued with the physical practice of yoga but I also got very interested in yoga philosophy and spiritual traditions from all around the world. Over the years I consumed numerous books, studied under different teachers, and stayed in ashrams—all with the aim of discovering my True Divine Nature and the purpose of my life.
As a result of my devotion and sincere seeking, over the years I have continually been blessed with profound insights, or what I like to call “cosmic nudges”. These timely and synchronistic fingers pointing the way have always had one thing in common — they always point me in the same direction—inward!
The goal of life is Self-realization. We are here to discover who we really are. As it turns out, we’ve got a whole lot of ideas about who and what we are. The path of yoga is about letting go of all those ideas.
Letting go isn’t easy, but it can be done, and it gets done by looking within.
Eventually, by way of our sincere spiritual efforts, right conscious living, and the Grace of the Divine, we will come to know our true nature.
Satchitananda — absolute existence, absolute knowing, and absolute BLISS.
This is our True Divine Nature — UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.
Let us practice together so that we might remind one another of all the beauty and blessings in our lives. Not only that, but let us also remind one another of our responsibility to look after our Mother — this beautiful planet Earth.
This is the path of Spiritual Science — Traditional Yoga.
What is promised is Christ Consciousness, Krisna Consciousness, or Buddha Nature a.k.a., Nirvana!
The journey begins by looking within.
I am here to help you turn your gaze from the outside world to the inside world.
“The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.” — Matthew:6:22
With Love, Gratitude, and Blessings.
