Let’s get rocking with a power vinyasa flow with Michael Fireborn. We’ll be getting into our hips and heart as we prepare of bodies for another amazing week of productivity and exploration. This is a heated yoga class at about 100 degrees and the vibe is pure love and devotion. Be prepared to vibe out to some of your favorite bhakti, devotional, and world music. This class also incorporates a little pranayama (breathwork) and chanting at the beginning and end of class.
